Erin brings strong organizational and business skills to The Clothes Closet Advisory Board. After earning her Associate’s Degree in Business Management in 1997, she built a career in retail management, gaining experience across a range of industries—from fast food to department stores.
Following a health challenge in 2005 and successful brain surgery in 2008, Erin redirected her energy toward community service. She now volunteers with The Clothes Closet, where she helps organize fundraising events and supports the organization’s mission to assist local families.
Erin’s dedication to helping others and her love for the Lake Havasu community shine through in everything she does.
Michele Lin is co-owner of Lins Little China, Lake Havasu City, with her husband Wei Lin for 24 years. They have five amazing children; Kaden 23, Chen 22, Mei 19, Iley & Amiya 14. She has been married to Wei for almost 28 years.
Michele is a graduate of Lake Havasu City Arizona State University where she graduated with honors with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.
With a heart for public service, Michele has spent more than a decade helping shape Lake Havasu City’s future. After serving on the City Council from 2014 to 2024, she now continues her commitment to the community as Vice Mayor. She serves on The Clothes Closet board, River City United Way, CARES, and is very active in the newly formed Lake Havasu Community Task Force. Michele is a leader at Calvary Baptist church in the Celebrate Recovery Ministry and has just begun a leadership role in the youth ministry of Celebrate Recovery, The Landing.
Michele enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Anthony Lombardi is District Manager of Kingman Electric for UniSource Energy
Services.
He is a 10-year Veteran of the United States Air Force serving in roles as an Airborne Radar Technician, Heavy Equipment Operator, and Explosive Demolition Technician;
participating in projects in the Middle East and South America. Anthony began his career with UniSource in 2008 as an Electric Meter Reader. He also served as the Meter Reading Foreman and the Renewable Energy Technical Specialist before beginning his
current role.
During his time in the Air Force, Anthony earned an AS in Avionics from the Community College of the Air Force. With UniSource’s assistance, he continued pursuing higher education and, in 2018, earned a BS in Business Management from Western Governors University.
Anthony currently serves UniSource customers and their communities through Construction, Engineering, and Metering operations. He also serves on the board of The
Clothes Closet, a non-profit that supports those in need within the community.
Anthony is the proud father of two beautiful daughters, Zoe and Zara, and grandfather to Zion. He enjoys spending his free time engaging in the outdoor activities that make Lake Havasu City special, as well as participating in blockchain technology.
Danielle Schmidt brings strong business leadership and operational expertise to The Clothes Closet Board of Directors. With extensive experience in business leadership roles, she has developed a well-rounded skill set in process development, project management, and organizational efficiency.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in business management, Danielle oversees all aspects of her local business operations, including sales and purchasing, staff management, financial oversight, and marketing strategy. Her hands-on experience provides valuable insight into effective organizational management and sustainable growth.
Danielle is deeply passionate about The Clothes Closet’s mission to provide high-quality resources to individuals and families in need. She is committed to leveraging her business acumen to strengthen the organization’s impact, support operational excellence, and ensure services are delivered with care and efficiency.

As a local business owner, Danielle also brings meaningful community connections and a strong understanding of local needs and resources, enhancing her contribution to the board and the community it serves.
Barbara Smith is a retired business owner and dedicated community volunteer. She and her late husband relocated their company, 3-T’s RV Products, Inc., to Lake Havasu City in 1990. Over the years, she has witnessed the community’s growth and the increasing need for social services.
Throughout her career, Barbara gained extensive experience in advertising, marketing, accounting, and public relations. She retired from Lake Havasu Unified School District #1 in 2000 and has since remained active in community service. She served as President of the Western Welcome Club of Arizona (2022–2024), joined the ARPA Coalition (2022–2023), and has volunteered with The Clothes Closet since 2020. She is also a current member of the Community Resource Team.
In addition to her volunteer work, Barbara spent 24 years with Winnebago Industries in Product Development, making her a true expert in the motorhome industry. Outside of her professional and volunteer endeavors, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, including her daughter, two grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
